About the Role
The Walls is seeking an
Interior Design Draftsman - Fit-Out
to produce detailed drawings and shop documentation for interior fit-out projects. You will ensure designs are accurately translated into construction-ready drawings and coordinate with site, fabrication, and MEP teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
fit-out and shop drawings
: joinery, ceilings, walls, flooring, and finishes.
Convert design concepts into
construction-ready documentation
.
Coordinate drawings with
site teams, fabrication, and consultants
.
Update drawings based on site conditions and approvals.
Support
authority submissions and NOC drawings
when needed.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in
interior fit-out drafting
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
(mandatory) and Adobe Suite.
Strong understanding of
materials, joinery, and fit-out construction
.
Ability to manage
multiple projects
and meet deadlines.
Site experience is an advantage.
Preferred Software Skills
3ds Max, Revit (basic coordination)
