Job Description

The Interior Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of interior architectural projects. The role involves combining technical knowledge with creative design to produce functional, aesthetic, and sustainable interior spaces that comply with local regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop interior architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.

Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D renderings, material boards, and presentations for client approval.

Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.

Knowledge in the joinery work

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.

Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures that meet aesthetic and budgetary requirements.

Ensure that all designs comply with Dubai Municipality (DM), Civil Defence, and UAE building codes.

Collaborate with clients to understand functional and design needs, budget limitations, and project timelines.

Review shop drawings and material submittals for approval.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Stay updated with modern design trends, sustainability standards, and innovative materials used in interior architecture.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (Master's preferred).

Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior architecture or interior design, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.

Excellent visualization and presentation skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
