Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

Interior Architect

with a minimum of

4 years of professional experience within the UAE

. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions, preparing technical drawings, and overseeing the execution of interior fit-out projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and deliver interior architecture projects from initiation to completion. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections in line with project requirements. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the design intent is executed effectively. Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during project implementation. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, standards, and authority approval processes. Prepare cost estimates and quotations for interior fit-out works. Stay informed of industry trends, materials, and innovative design practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited institution. Minimum of

4 years UAE-based experience

in interior architecture, design, and fit-out projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong technical knowledge of joinery, finishes, and materials. Excellent project management and coordination skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with client-facing experience.
