Interior Architect

Job Description
This is a full time on-site role for an Interior Architect located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, interior design, architecture, interior Fit-out, and interior architecture tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Strong space planning and interior design skills with an eye for detail Solid background in architecture and interior architecture principles Proven experience in executing interior fit-out projects, from concept to completion In-depth knowledge of Dubai's building codes, regulations, and authority approval processes Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other industry-standard design tools (e.g., Revit, Photoshop, Lumion) Ability to review, interpret, and create technical drawings and shop drawings. Understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery detailing for high-end interiors. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and visual. Excellent coordination and teamwork skills across disciplines (design, procurement, site teams) Time management and multitasking capabilities under tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Family visa is preferable
