Job Description

Develop & Manage Channel Partner Network


Identify, onboard, and nurture distributors, resellers, and system integrators to strengthen product reach in the market.

Drive Sales Through Channel Partners


Plan and execute sales targets through channel partners, ensuring they're trained, incentivized, and aligned with business goals.

Build Direct Relationships with Key End Users


Engage directly with schools, corporates, and government entities to pitch solutions, understand needs, and position the brand as a preferred choice.

Channel Partner Sales Support & Enablement


Conduct regular product trainings, demos, and marketing support sessions for partners to boost their sales capability.

Negotiate & Close High-Value Deals


Lead negotiations and deal closures with major end-user clients and support partners in closing their opportunities.

Create & Implement Joint Marketing Campaigns


Collaborate with channel partners and brands for co-branded promotions, events, and roadshows targeting specific market segments.

Pipeline & Lead Management


Track and manage leads generated through both channel and direct initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Monitor Market & Competitor Activities


Stay updated on pricing, product positioning, and competitor strategies in both channel and end-user landscapes to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Develop Strategic Alliances with Brands


Build alliances with complementary tech brands (software, collaboration tools, accessories) for bundled offerings and value-added solutions.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting (Channel + Direct)


Provide accurate sales forecasts, partner performance reports, and end-user feedback to management for decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
