About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate
Integrative Psychologist
to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who believes in a whole-person approach to mental health and is eager to collaborate with other practitioners in a wellness-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments.
Provide individualized therapy sessions using integrative and cognitive psychology approaches.
Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans.
Educate patients on mental health, self-regulation, and preventive strategies.
Collaborate with our team of doctors, nutritionists, and other specialists to support a unified care plan.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation using our EMR system.
Stay up to date with the latest research in functional, cognitive, and integrative psychology.
Qualifications
Licensed Psychologist with DHA eligibility or active DHA license.
Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably within a private or integrative medical setting.
Proven background in
cognitive psychology
and mind-body-focused care.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy, professionalism, and a high level of patient care ethics.
Additional training in trauma, mindfulness, neuropsychology, or health psychology is an advantage.
Fluency in English (Arabic or another language is a plus).
