Integration Team Lead

Job Description

As Integration Lead you will be in charge of the day-to-day management responsibilities for coordinating, planning, problem-solving and implementing all requirements to achieve integration and business results. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement solutions
  • Evaluate existing components and systems to determine integration requirements
  • Integration team leadership; mentoring, coaching, and educating team on best practices in integration design and development
  • Monitor emerging technologies and plan for growth and long term success of the integration
  • Manage the integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects
  • Ensure that the final solutions meet organisational needs.



Required Skills:

  • Computer Science/Engineering Degree.
  • Experience 3-6 Years (Experience in similar role).
  • Security Framework(s) / Protocols TCPIP, IBM MQ, JOSE (JWS, JWE), HTTP/S, SOAP, JSON , XML, REST.
  • Languages and Development WSDL, XSD, JSV, Shell Commands, Yaml, SoapUI, Postman, DFDL.
  • Technology IBM App Connect, IBM ACE, IBM MQ.
  • Databases Oracle, IBM DB2, MySQL.
  • Soft Skills Excellent communication Skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem solving skills.
  • Constant Learner.
  • Adapting to changes
  • Design / Integration Patterns - Familiar with Integration patterns, Synchronous and Asynchronous delivery patterns, Publish\\Subscribe pattern and Event based pattern.
  • Architecture / Design RESTful Interface Design, SOAP Interface Design.
