A Integration Support Analyst is responsible for replying to merchants assistance queries by any media
Create and maintain the documentations for the merchants
Create and maintain the tracking documentation to follow up the statuses of merchant integration projects
Have the ability to read and understand technical specifications, including architecture diagrams, payment flows and protocols to reply appropriately to the merchant’s questions.
Managing and adjusting for any changes in solutions scope, schedule and / or functionality.
Identifying, reporting and mitigating potential risks.
Who you are
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer relationship role and in tax refund role.
Preferably having technical skills in software development.
Proven record of past required position.
