Job Overview
The Integration Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end enterprise integration solutions for new digital projects, vendor systems, and platform enhancements. You will work closely with business teams, architecture groups, and external vendors to deliver high-performance and secure integrations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture and design for enterprise integration and digital transformation projects
• Develop integration artifacts in alignment with solution architecture using platforms such as WSO2 or equivalent
• Implement modular and reusable architecture following agile and waterfall methodologies
• Ensure adherence to integration security standards such as OAuth, SAML, JWT, and WS-Security
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership during all stages of solution delivery
• Develop and maintain documentation, reusable libraries, and integration component catalogs
• Support development, unit testing, debugging, performance testing, and deployment activities
• Manage production support for integration-related incidents and issues
• Collaborate across internal teams and external vendors for integration solution delivery

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise integration and SOA methodologies
• Hands-on experience with middleware platforms like WSO2 ESB, DSS, or Enterprise Integrator
• Proficient in SOAP and RESTful API lifecycle, Web Services tools (WSDL, SOAPUI, WS-*)
• Understanding of enterprise-grade integration security: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, XACML
• Solid experience in Java, Core Java, and JavaScript development
• Familiarity with IDEs like Eclipse and version control using Git
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Added advantage: Experience with Software AG WebMethods
