Your Responsibilities

  • Own the technical sales cycle and drive VAS revenue generation from Hospitality merchants
  • Work closely with sales team to support them in technical sales meetings
  • Work with partners like Freedom pay to consult, support and educate the Business & Relationship team on new opportunities within our customers
  • Work closely with hospitality sales team to find new prospects
  • Understanding the Hospitality Industry customer's needs and pitching the company's products as suitable solutions
  • Work closely across various verticals such as Product Development, Business
  • Development, Merchant Relations & Marketing to provide a comprehensive solution to the client
  • Participate in business meetings with prospective Hospitality Industry clients
  • Initiate and/or assist in proposal creation
  • Propose, prepare and deliver proof of concepts
  • Deliver valuable market and customer feedback to our Product and sales Team
  • Provide trainings to sales team covering all hospitality solutions including products and services from partners
  • Participate in marketing events including trade shows, seminars and conferences as
  • Subject Matter Expert in hospitality solutions
  • Prospect for potential Hospitality Industry clients and convert them into increased business opportunities, working closely with the sales team
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience Excellent presentation and communication skills (digital or face-to-face)
  • Experience in hospitality tech products/ platforms sales or product management is a plus
  • Understanding of Oracle hospitality systems like MICROS and PMS (Property Management Systems)
  • Knowledge of Payment technology
  • Expertise on current Payment industry best practices in hospitality space
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Proven ownership of large merchants from pre-sales, sales or integration project perspective
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
