- Understand how different parts of our solutions for our partners & customers work together.
- Creation of innovative concepts.
- Assessment and evaluation of innovative technology concepts in close alignment with relevant internal & external stakeholder.
- Co-creation with industry focus customers to jointly identify and develop attractive opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative work ethic within the team and the ICA.
- Effectively communicate with multiple functional groups (Business Areas, Global Innovation Centers, Customers).
What You Bring
- University degree in mechanical engineering or similar field (Master/Diploma) or comparable qualification.
- Knowledge of thermodynamics & heat transfer.
- Experience in the field of system integration, cost value engineering, services, controls, construction & installations.
- Focused on doing what\xe2\x80\x99s right for the company and the Innovation Center, high energy, and contagious enthusiasm, willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to support the growth of the ICA.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; able to produce customer ready communications independently.
- Driver for quick results and follow through across teams.
- Experience of co-creation with customers or similar.
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully.
- Very good English language skills.
