About the role:
The role of a Global Business Integrated Operations Analyst focuses on leveraging data to enhance efficiency, performance, and decision making processes within global business operations. This role involves collecting, analyzing and interpreting large data sets of operational data from different regions and functions to identify trends, optimize workflows and support strategic initiatives.
- Provide various data-driven insights related to the the overall marketing operations and support the team in setting strategic direction. Marketing operations include:
- Commercial Partnership Solutions (CPS), Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), and Product Marketing Communications (PMC).
- Extract and integrate all revenue-related data for CPS and IMC, ensuring high data accuracy and integrity.
- Build and maintain dashboards to support daily business operations and strategic decisions.
- Create regular and ad-hoc data reports and visualizations to uncover business insights.
- Provide training and ongoing support to POCs to ensure proper understanding and usage of data tools.
- Participate in optimizing and standardizing data workflows to enhance analysis efficiency and reusability.
Qualifications:
Minumum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree with 5 years experience in data analysis or digital marketing and media.
- Proficient in SQL and skilled in data modeling and data processing along with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Experience in data operations such as reporting, building dashboards, business intelligence tools and managing datasets.
- Excellent skills in presenting data in MS Office (Excel, Thinkcell), Keynote with strong communication skills to collaborate and report effectively.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and capable of driving projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in Middle East.
- Fast learner, detail-oriented and open to helping with any task.
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
