Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and proactive IMS Specialist with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Integrated Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and formal certification in ISO 45001 (OH&S), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 9001 (Quality).

The IMS Specialist will be responsible for supporting compliance, continual improvement, and audit readiness across all management systems, ensuring alignment with applicable standards and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001. Lead internal audits and support external certification and surveillance audits. Prepare and manage documentation, procedures, and records in accordance with ISO requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure corrective/preventive actions are tracked and closed. Support compliance with HSE and quality objectives across all departments. Train staff on IMS requirements, procedures, and awareness. Monitor legal compliance and changes in relevant standards or client requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar IMS/HSEQ role. Formal certifications in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor or equivalent preferred). NEBOSH IGC Certificate is mandatory. Strong knowledge of integrated management systems, risk management, and continual improvement processes. Excellent documentation, auditing, and reporting skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

:

Experience in the construction, utilities, or infrastructure sectors. Working knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks (e.g., ADOSH, TAQA, etc.). Experience in supporting prequalification or client audits.
