Enterprise Management System Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Enterprise Management System Implementation Specialist

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing our enterprise management platform, which is built on dynamic context management principles. This role requires expertise in designing and linking business objects, building forms and screens, automating workflows, and developing reports and dashboards.

The specialist will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into system configurations, and ensure successful deployment of solutions that improve organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into system objects, relationships, and configurations using the Context Management framework. Design and build user interfaces using the Form Builder tool. Configure and implement business workflows using the Automation Engine. Develop, customize, and optimize reports and dashboards using the integrated BI/Reporting Tool. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth system deployment and integration with other applications. Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support. Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending best practices and enhancements.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring enterprise management systems (ERP, BPM, or equivalent platforms). Proven experience in enterprise system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms). Strong knowledge of object modeling, data structures, and relationship management. Hands-on experience with Form Builders and dynamic UI configuration. Solid understanding of workflow automation engines (e.g., Camunda, BPMN, or equivalent). Strong experience in BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Preferred Skills

Experience with low-code/no-code platforms. Knowledge of ISO-based management systems (Risk, Strategy, Policy, Audit, etc.). Familiarity with ERP or enterprise workflow systems beyond SAP. Exposure to Agile or DevOps environments.
