Insurance Supervisor
with a strong background of reconciliation and new empanelment in hospital and medical center environments? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and lead the insurance operations with precision and expertise.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of UAE health insurance operations within a hospital/medical center setting. Ensure timely processing of claims, approvals, and reimbursements. Maintain and build relationships with insurance companies and TPAs. Monitor and implement new empanelment with insurance providers. Lead the reconciliation of claims and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Develop and optimize internal processes for insurance handling and documentation. Collaborate closely with finance, billing, and medical departments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE healthcare insurance field. Proven track record working in hospitals or medical centers. Strong knowledge of insurance procedures, claims reconciliation, and healthcare billing. Hands-on experience with
new empanelment
andinsurance reconciliation processes
. Must be Doctor by qualification. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
