to join our insurance brokerage team in Dubai. The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth processing of all insurance-related requirements across multiple products, including health, motor, life, property, medical marine and general insurance lines.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's insurance products and services (Health, Motor, Life, Property, Marine, and General Insurance).
Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collect and submit client documents to insurance providers and internal departments.
Coordinate with underwriters and insurers to ensure timely issuance of policies and endorsements.
Deliver excellent after-sales service, handling renewals, claims support, and customer queries.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in UAE insurance market is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of insurance products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
