Job Description

Responsibilities:
Manage and process insurance claims and reimbursements.
Verify insurance coverage and policy details for patients.
Liaise with insurance providers, clients, and healthcare teams.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions.
Assist patients with insurance documentation and inquiries.
Follow up on pending claims and resolve discrepancies.
Support the team with insurance-related documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance or healthcare insurance administration.
Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Insurance, or Healthcare administration.
