Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end insurance operations, including claims handling, policy administration, and premium tracking.
Serve as the primary liaison with insurers, brokers, and regulatory authorities.
Review insurance clauses in contracts and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Prepare audit reports and provide strategic insurance insights to senior management.
Support risk management and loss prevention initiatives across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in insurance management, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, claims processing, and policy management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
