Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager
to join team.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations including billing, coding, claims submission, denials management, and collections.
Ensure compliance with DOH, HAAD, and insurance company regulations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue cycle efficiency.
Train, manage, and support the RCM team to meet performance goals.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to resolve revenue-related issues.
Implement strategies to reduce denials and improve cash flow.
Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in RCM, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of DOH/HAAD regulations and medical insurance processes.
Proficiency in medical billing software and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
