Insurance Coordinator
New Hope Gynaecology & Fertility Hospital - Sharjah
We are looking for a
dedicated and experienced Insurance Coordinator
to join our team.Candidates with experience in IVF or fertility centers are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle insurance pre-approvals, claims submission, and resubmission. Responsible for reconciliation and follow-up of pending or rejected claims. Maintain accurate patient insurance records and documentation. Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely processing of claims. Ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a healthcare facility. Strong knowledge of insurance procedures, approvals, and claim systems. Experience in IVF, fertility, or gynecology setup is an advantage. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in hospital information systems.
