Dubai, UAE SALARY: 10,000 AED - 10,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Coordinator to join a Clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of insurance verification, billing, and claims processing. This individual will work closely with patients, insurance companies, and internal staff to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services provided.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Coordinator to join a Clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of insurance verification, billing, and claims processing. This individual will work closely with patients, insurance companies, and internal staff to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services provided.
Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments
- Collect and update patient insurance information
- Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Review and appeal denied claims as necessary
- Coordinate with billing team to ensure accurate coding and billing practices
- Provide assistance to patients with insurance-related inquiries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on insurance regulations and changes in the healthcare industry
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline insurance processes and improve efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor\'s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and insurance coordination
- Proficiency with insurance verification software and billing systems
- Strong understanding of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards
