The clinic provides high quality, evidence-based and compassionate care to children and adult who present with mental health difficulties.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Coordinator. The Insurance Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex insurance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients.

Collect and document accurate patient information and insurance details.

Update and maintain patient insurance records in the system.

Prepare and submit insurance claim to various insurance companies.

Investigate and resolve claim denials or discrepancies.

Communicate with insurance companies to address claim-related issues.

Collaborate with clinicians to obtain necessary documentation for claim submission

Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and billing procedures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing insurance claims.

Qualifications

Candidate must have bachelor's degree with a minimum 4 years experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proven experience in Insurance coordinator roles.
