Job Summary:

The Insurance Executive will manage and oversee all insurance-related matters for the company, including fleet insurance, workman compensation, liability insurance, claims processing and total loss of the fleet claim. This role requires a meticulous and proactive individual with a strong background in insurance management to ensure comprehensive coverage and efficient handling of claims.

Fleet Insurance Management:

Develop and maintain fleet insurance policies to ensure all vehicles are adequately covered. Regularly review and update insurance coverage to align with company needs and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with insurance providers to secure optimal terms and coverage.

Medical Insurance Policy Administration:

Manage employee medical insurance policies, ensuring all staff have appropriate coverage. Handle enrollment, renewals, and any changes in medical insurance plans. Address employee inquiries and issues related to medical insurance.

Property Insurance Oversight:

Oversee property insurance policies for company assets, including office buildings and other facilities. Ensure all properties are adequately insured against risks such as fire, theft, and natural disasters.

Workman Compensation:

Administer workman compensation policies to protect employees in case of workplace injuries. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Process claims and coordinate with insurers to facilitate timely payouts.

Liability Insurance Policy Management:

Manage liability insurance to protect the company against potential legal claims. Ensure coverage is adequate and policies are updated as necessary. Handle claims and coordinate with legal teams to manage any disputes.

Claims Processing:

Oversee the claims process for all types of insurance, ensuring timely and accurate submission. Liaise with insurance companies to expedite claims and resolve any issues. Maintain detailed records of all claims and track their progress until resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Insurance, or a related field. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in insurance management. Strong knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and industry practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance management software. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
