Monitor insurance receivables, coordinate recovery plans with the insurance manager to maintain cash flow.
Verify remittance advice; handle resubmissions for partially paid or denied claims.
Prepare insurance reports for various branches and medical centers.
Follow up on payments and reconciliations.
Maintain organized, up-to-date records of insurance policies, claims, and documents for audits and inquiries.
Manage document submissions from branches to the insurance department.
Oversee prescription audits to meet insurance and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with insurance companies on empanelment's, renewals, and policy updates.
