Are you detail-oriented with strong knowledge of medical coding and insurance processes? Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Coordinator cum Coder and play a key role in ensuring accurate claims processing and smooth coordination with insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately
Communicate with insurance companies to resolve denials or discrepancies
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Perform accurate medical coding for billing purposes
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation
Coordinate with billing, finance, and clinical teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in medical coding and insurance coordination
Certification in medical coding
Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies and procedures
Experience working with Tasneef guidelines and standards is required
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
