codes to ensure proper billing and insurance claim submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review clinical documentation and patient records.
Assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
Ensure coding reflects the services provided.
Submit and follow up on insurance claims.
Resolve claim denials and coding-related issues.
Communicate with physicians and medical staff for clarification when needed.
Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance regulations.
Qualifications and Requirement:
Valid medical coding certification
(CPC, CCA, CCS, or equivalent)
required.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
1-3 years of experience in medical coding or insurance billing.
Familiarity with EHR and medical billing software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
