Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Insurance Coder to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately coding dental procedures, verifying insurance eligibility, and ensuring proper claim submission and reimbursement in compliance with DHA and insurance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assign appropriate dental procedure codes (ADA / CDT) for all treatments.
Verify insurance coverage and eligibility prior to patient appointments.
Prepare, submit, and track dental insurance claims to ensure timely approval and payment.
Handle claim rejections, re-submissions, and patient billing inquiries.
Coordinate with dentists and reception teams to ensure coding accuracy and documentation completeness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, DHA regulations, and coding standards.
Generate regular reports on claim status and reimbursement performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Insurance Coder or Coordinator in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of UAE insurance systems, coding (ADA/CDT), and claim procedures.
Familiar with DHA regulations and eClaimLink / DHPO systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in medical/dental software and MS Office.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
