To manage and coordinate all automotive insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and smooth communication between customers, insurance companies, and the service center.
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Claim Management
Receive, review, and process insurance claims for accident repairs, bodywork, and mechanical damage.
Conduct preliminary assessment of vehicle damages and prepare accurate estimation reports.
Coordinate with estimators and workshop team to ensure correct repair scope.
Submit claim documents to insurance companies and follow up for quick approvals.
Review approvals and compare against estimates to identify discrepancies.
Customer Coordination
Guide customers through the insurance claim process and required documentation.
Provide updates to customers on claim status, approvals, and repair timelines.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth, transparent experience.
Insurance Company Liaison
Communicate with insurance surveyors, assessors, and representatives for approvals.
Arrange vehicle inspections with insurance companies when required.
Resolve disputes or rejections by providing supporting evidence and repair justifications.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain complete records of claims, estimates, approvals, and invoices.
Ensure all claim files are accurate, organized, and compliant with company and insurance standards.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to claims volume, approval trends, and settlement timelines.
Monitor aging claims and escalate delays when necessary.
Workshop Coordination
Liaise with body shop, parts, and service teams to ensure correct parts ordering and timely repairs.
Verify that repairs are completed as per the approved estimate.
Coordinate with quality control team to ensure work meets standards before delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma (Automotive, Business, or related field preferred).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in automotive insurance claims handling.
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claim procedures, and UAE insurance regulations.
Familiarity with automotive repair processes, spare parts, and body shop operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong documentation, reporting, and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and insurance claim portals.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
