Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Senior Insurance Estimator

to join our Automotive Division in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in vehicle damage assessment, insurance claim estimation, and liaising with both customers and insurance companies. This role requires technical knowledge of automotive repairs, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare accurate and timely estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspection of damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair cost estimates. Communicate with insurance companies to obtain approvals and ensure compliance with claim procedures. Prepare detailed technical reports with supporting evidence (photos, documentation, parts lists). Collaborate with workshop teams to validate repair timelines and ensure accuracy of parts/labor charges. Ensure estimates are aligned with insurance policies, industry standards, and company guidelines. Handle customer queries regarding insurance claims and repair costs. Negotiate effectively with surveyors and assessors to ensure fair settlements. Maintain updated knowledge of insurance regulations, repair methodologies, and market pricing. Supervise junior estimators and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field. Minimum

5-7 years of experience

as an Insurance Estimator in the automotive sector, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, spare parts, and labor costing. Familiarity with insurance claim procedures in the UAE. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage). Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office. UAE driving license preferred.
