Meeting the assigned sales targets.

Sell the company's products and services whilst developing long-term business relationships with customers.

Meet new prospects daily basis and handle the queries by offering them insurance services.

Maintain existing clients and growing a strong prospective client base.

Drive new business sales by preserving the pipeline.

Identify opportunities to cross sell a wide range of insurance products.

Coordinate with underwriters/ team members for client's requirement.

Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales report to the Manager.

Renewal Retention of all existing policies.

Collection of booked premiums as per the agreed timelines.

Embrace the company culture, policies and procedures.

Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.

Keeping up-to-date with industry developments focusing on new lines of business.

Requirement



Graduate/Post Graduate Degree

Minimum 3 years' experience in Insurance Sales in UAE

UAE Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
