Job Description

  • Checking of billing statement reports which is provided by insurance assistant to be submitted to the insurance company.
  • Generating and summarizing the monthly insurance sales report per pharmacy/ insurance company and submitted to the chief accountant/ insurance director.
  • Prepare monthly summary for all the rejected and unpaid medical claims by the insurance companies and submitted to chief accountant and insurance director for their action and feedback.
  • Prepare monthly insurance deduction report per pharmacist and submitted to Human Resource Department - Payroll section - (one percent consideration insurance sales policy) and follow up with payroll section the deduction in case of pharmacist vacation/ resignation.
  • Providing insurance companies with the needed information/ documents if needed after getting approval from the chief accountant/ insurance director.
  • Prepare insurance payment monitoring report monthly and to be submitted to chief accountant/ insurance director.
Qualifications and skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Locally available and can join immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
