Checking of billing statement reports which is provided by insurance assistant to be submitted to the insurance company.
Generating and summarizing the monthly insurance sales report per pharmacy/ insurance company and submitted to the chief accountant/ insurance director.
Prepare monthly summary for all the rejected and unpaid medical claims by the insurance companies and submitted to chief accountant and insurance director for their action and feedback.
Prepare monthly insurance deduction report per pharmacist and submitted to Human Resource Department - Payroll section - (one percent consideration insurance sales policy) and follow up with payroll section the deduction in case of pharmacist vacation/ resignation.
Providing insurance companies with the needed information/ documents if needed after getting approval from the chief accountant/ insurance director.
Prepare insurance payment monitoring report monthly and to be submitted to chief accountant/ insurance director.
Qualifications and skills:
Proficiency in MS Office especially in Microsoft Excel
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Locally available and can join immediately
