Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients' insurance needs and offer suitable policies. Explain policy details, benefits, and terms to customers. Assist clients with claims and policy renewals. Maintain customer records and follow up on leads. Stay updated on industry trends and new insurance products.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Sales and customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of insurance products and regulations. * Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
