Job Description
INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
Install, calibrate, and maintain process control instruments (pressure, flow, level, temperature, etc.) as per construction drawings and P&IDs. Perform loop checks, signal testing, and function testing for instruments and control systems. Assist in commissioning and troubleshooting instrumentation systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLC-based systems). Ensure proper cable terminations, gland fittings, and labeling of instrumentation panels and field devices. Read and interpret technical drawings, datasheets, and wiring diagrams. Follow QA/QC and HSE procedures during all installation and testing works. Prepare daily reports and documentation of completed work and test results. Coordinate with electricians, mechanical teams, and subcontractors for seamless integration of instruments. Support SAT/FAT (Site/Factory Acceptance Testing) activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instrumentation Technician. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must hold a valid QID Available to start ASAP
