We are hiring experienced
Instrumentation Supervisors
to oversee and coordinate instrumentation works on major projects in Doha.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation, calibration, and maintenance of process control instruments. Lead loop checks, signal testing, and function testing activities. Manage the commissioning and troubleshooting of SCADA, DCS, and PLC-based systems. Ensure proper cable terminations, gland fittings, and labeling practices. Interpret and verify technical drawings, datasheets, and wiring diagrams. Enforce QA/QC and HSE standards on-site. Monitor daily progress, reporting, and test documentation. Coordinate effectively with electricians, mechanical teams, and subcontractors. Support SAT/FAT (Site/Factory Acceptance Testing) activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Instrumentation or related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Solid technical background with hands-on supervisory experience. High commitment to safety and quality assurance.
