Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join our team in Dubai for our chemical manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in process control, instrumentation, and electrical systems, along with hands-on experience in Siemens PLC S7.
This is a critical role requiring excellent troubleshooting abilities, calibration knowledge, and the capability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and optimize process control and instrumentation systems
Operate, configure, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC S7 systems
Perform calibration of field instruments and ensure accuracy of measurements
Diagnose and resolve instrumentation and control system issues in real time
Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation equipment
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and minimize downtime
Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs for instrumentation and electrical systems
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
Experience: Minimum 7 years in instrumentation and control within the chemical or manufacturing industry
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC S7
Strong process control and instrumentation skills
Knowledge of electrical engineering systems
Calibration and testing expertise
Strong troubleshooting and maintenance abilities
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
