Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
- Lead site startups and commissioning activities, ensuring systems are operational and meet performance standards.
- Provide technical support for the integration, troubleshooting during startups of control systems. Control systems such as ICSS, Package PLC, BN3500 MMS, ASC/PC System from CCC, Turbine Control systems. Modbus communications, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including control philosophies, loop diagrams, and cause-and-effect charts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Experience: 8-12 years in instrumentation and control systems, with a preference for candidates with ADNOC experience. Gas compressors' experience is an advantage.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in FAT, site visits, startups, and commissioning.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of control systems, SCADA, PLCs, and instrumentation.
