Petroplan is seeking to hire Instrument Supervisor for one of its clients Job purpose: Plans, supervises and participates in the installation, maintenance, repair, test and calibration of a wide variety of Electronic and Pneumatic Instruments, Systems and Analysers. Supervises all work on platform safety system, valves and Well head control system preventive maintenance. Schedules and assigns maintenance tasks to subordinate technicians and follows-up to ensure proper completion.Job requirements:

3-year diploma or apprenticeship in Instruments or Electronics training and qualifications.
8-10 years\' varied instrumentation installation, maintenance and repair experience on similar Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), instrumentation, and distributed control systems (DCS) and equipment in the Oil Operations industry.
Experience should include some time at a supervisory level
Experience in the use of computer maintenance and materials systems.
Excellent written and oral English language skills.
Should be computer literate, having knowledge of MS Office.
Good time management skills
Experience with decision making in an operations environment
