Job Description
Instrument Engineer
Reports to: Project Engineer / Lead Instrumentation Engineer
Job Purpose:
To ensure reliable instrumentation and control systems for leak detection, monitoring, and plant safety systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for leak detection instrumentation and analyzers. Specify, select, and maintain sensors, transmitters, and monitoring equipment. Review control system design, logic, and integration with DCS/SCADA. Troubleshoot instrumentation failures and provide corrective actions. Ensure compliance with IEC, ISA, and company standards for instrumentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Control / Electronics Engineering. 5+ years of experience in instrumentation engineering within oil & gas. Knowledge of leak detection instrumentation, pressure/flow/temperature transmitters, and control systems. Experience with SIL, HAZOP, and functional safety assessments is an advantage.
Mobilization : Immediate
Shared accommodation and transportation provided by company.
Working hours : 8 hours and 5 days.
