Job Description
Duties & responsibilities:
Organize and maintain the client's database, ensuring consistent updates and secure backups. Conduct data verification and validation to ensure accuracy and relevance. Provide data highlights and summaries for informed decision-making. Prepare quarterly Key Performance Indicator Reports. Respond to ad hoc data requests. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or client's management. Implementation Plan/KPIs (insert) Database update and maintenance on a monthly basis. Delivery of quarterly KPI reports within 15 days post-quarter end. Timely response to ad hoc data requests (within 48 hours). Monthly validation of data entries.
