to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering both theoretical and practical training, evaluating learners, and ensuring compliance with course standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Deliver structured training sessions in BLS or CNA as per approved curriculum
Guide students through hands-on skill demonstrations and evaluations
Ensure all training is conducted professionally and meets regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate documentation of attendance, results, and certification records
Support the development and improvement of training materials and delivery
Qualifications:
For BLS Instructor:
Certified BLS Instructor (ASHI, AHA, or equivalent)
Current BLS provider certification
Experience in teaching healthcare professionals is preferred
For CNA Instructor:
Registered Nurse with valid DOH/HAAD/DHA license is a PLUS
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (preferably in caregiving or long-term care)
Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage
Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to teach diverse groups of students
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
