WE URGENTLY NEED - YOGA AND PILATES INSTRUCTOR FOR LADIES STUDIO (ABU DHABI)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced YOGA and PILATES instructors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate clients through tailored sessions emphasizing proper form, alignment, and mindfulness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Classes:

Lead group and individual YOGA and PILATES classes that cater to a variety of skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners/

Assess Clients:

Evaluate client's physical abilities and limitations to create customized training plans that meet their needs and goals.

Provide Instuction:

Teach proper Yoga and Pilates techniques, ensuring participants understand movements and their benefits.

Monitor Progress:

Track clients progress and adjust training plans as needed to help them achieve their fitness objectives.

Maintain Studio Environment:

Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary Yoga and Pilates props and equipement.

Promote Wellness:

Encourage clients to adopt a holistic approach to wellness, integrating mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness into classes.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest Yoga and Pilates trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance personal training and studio offerings.

Qualifications:

Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification; Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and safe exercise practices; Previous experience teaching Yoga and Pilates in a studio or fitness environment preferred; Ability to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all clients; Passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

:

ALL THIS AS WELL AS THE DEMONSTRATION CLASS WILL BE TESTED IN OUR YOGA AND PILATE STUDIO

SCHEDULE CLASSES:

MON / TUE / WED / THU / --- 4:45 PM - 6:00 PM
