The Business Department at the British Applied College is inviting applications for a full-time faculty position in Business Management, with a specialization in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, and Business Analytics. The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence, passionate about applied teaching, and dedicated to student success. Candidates with experience in business operations and start-ups are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction in Business Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Business Analytics courses at the Higher National Diploma and undergraduate levels.

Develop curriculum, continuously improve course content, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with academic and industry standards.

Support student learning through academic advising, mentoring, and progress monitoring.

Engage in departmental committees, meetings, and contribute to institutional initiatives.

Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay updated with evolving business practices.

Contribute to applied research or consultancy projects in areas related to Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or Business Operations (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications and Requirements:

A PhD in Business Management or a master's degree with a specialization in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, or closely related fields.

A minimum of 3 years of teaching or academic experience in a business school or higher education institution.

Practical experience in business operations, start-ups, or consultancy is highly desirable.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural academic environment.
