From immersive e-learning modules and AI-powered video content to training material and collateral, youaEUR(TM)ll design experiences that drive performance and elevate talent. YouaEUR(TM)ll work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to craft training thataEUR(TM)s not only creative and effective but also aligned with our companyaEUR(TM)s vision of excellence in service and leadership. What Will You Do? Design engaging and interactive e-learning using Articulate Storyline or similar tools Create AI-powered videos and localised content for scalable, multilingual learning Develop blended learning solutions including workshops, infographics, and device labs Develop and continually update our ILT material and collateral Collaborate with teams to build training aligned with business goals Manage LMS content and continuously enhance the learner experience Stay ahead of L&D trends to drive innovation and engagement Skills Who Are You? An experienced instructional designer with a strong portfolio of interactive learning content Proficient in tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, AI video platforms, and other content creation software Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and driven by a passion for learning and creativity Experienced in using AI for localised content creation and scalable learning solutions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with cross-functional teams A curious mind with a pulse on L&D trends and innovations Education: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, HR, or a related field Certifications & Qualifications (desirable): Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) eLearning and/or Instructional Design Certificate Articulate Storyline Certification or Adobe Captivate training SCORM/xAPI Certification Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.) Certifications in AI content creation, video editing, or localization tools Please send your resume/CV
