We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Branch Manager

to lead and manage the operations of our education institute. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic administration, leadership, and business development within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning. Lead, mentor, and manage academic and non-academic staff to ensure high performance. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Drive student enrollment targets through strategic planning and outreach initiatives. Maintain high standards of academic delivery and student satisfaction. Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs efficiently. Represent the institute in academic and industry events to build and enhance reputation. Coordinate with the head office and other branches for policy implementation and strategic alignment.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven leadership in managing educational institutions or similar setups. Strong understanding of education regulations, curriculum standards, and accreditation processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Ability to drive results through team collaboration and innovation. Experience in strategic planning and business development within the education industry.

Qualifications:

PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the education industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
