Job Title:

Branch Manager - Precast industry

Job Purpose:

Manage and optimize branch operations, including production, planning, and resource allocation, to ensure timely project delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards by leading multi-department teams, streamlining workflows, and coordinating with engineering, quality, and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently and effectively. Manage production, planning, and forecasting to meet project timelines. Ensure quality control, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. Supervise multi-department teams and manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports to senior management. Monitor and review cost reports, implementing cost control measures. Identify operational inefficiencies and take corrective actions. Maintain strong customer relations and client coordination.

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in the precast concrete or construction materials industry(mandatory). Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing operations(mandatory). Strong hands-on experience in production management, planning, and forecasting. Proven track record in quality control, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Strong organizational and decision-making abilities to handle multi-department operations. Skilled in preparing and reviewing cost reports and ensuring cost control measures. Strong analytical skills to identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Experience in customer relations and maintaining strong client coordination. Knowledge of HSE standards, ISO procedures, and QA/QC systems within the precast industry. Financial background is an added advantage.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED12,500.00 per month
