To ensure effective use of resources and minimize costs throughout the department where possible
To implement high levels of Customer Service such as timely installation and response time with quality service
Complete any remedial work as required by company support office
Takes leadership role in resolving pre-install or post-install issues, customer and sales ops
Liaise with the Showroom Manager and sales people to carry out Project installs to create technical support information
Provide technical recommendations and guidance to the sales team on projects with regards to installation specific requirement such as technical feasibility and insource vs. outsource labor options
Support technical requirements for special installations and special connections
To ensure installation businesses are compliant with all appropriate Health and Safety, legislative and business requirements.
Monitors existing installers for quality and consistency
