Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Execute the operations from quotation, venue coordination, logistics, suppliers' coordination, installation and dismantling.
• Plan and strategize the execution of installation and dismantling
• Ensure the locations are logistically managed, well-organized, and cost-effective during the installation and dismantling
• Be in charge of the installation and dismantling: ensures adherence to contract/POs/Buying and Decorating specifications.
• Manage team of installers, decorator, drivers and responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing of a projects
• Solve problems, reassess the operational tasks and proactively handle them
• Head responsibility to achieve installation goals particular to location and assigned time frame.
• Supervise hiring, recruiting and training needs for installation staff, be in-charge and responsible for their deliverables and safety
• Aid the general administrator with installation duties and tasks
• Offer an easy back up and aid to company plans
• Support Financial Manager with responsibilities of accurate calculation on the use of tools, material, labors for each project and other admin initiative related to installation
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Deliver regular inputs, creative suggestions for the installation methods and procedures.

YOU HAVE TO HAVE:

• Must have at least 3-5 years related work experience in a production/retail/interiors/events company
• Ability to lead established procedures
• Report timely and in details to your Line Manager at all times.
• Good-decision making
• Effective communication with other team members.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to details.
• Customer service and book keeping skills
• Flexibility to work overtime, night- shifts and weekends.
• A positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license
