The Installation Operations Manager will oversee the daily activities of site engineers and installation managers, ensuring smooth coordination of projects, monitoring productivity, and generating performance reports. The role requires a strong leader who can manage teams from the office, align site schedules with the project coordinator, and occasionally visit project sites when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site engineers and installation managers, ensuring accountability and productivity from each site.
Monitor site activities, meetings, and project progress, providing timely reports to management.
Work closely with the Project Coordinator to schedule site work and align resources effectively.
Collect and analyze productivity data from sites, preparing detailed performance and progress reports.
Ensure installation quality and timelines are met by holding the team accountable for their deliverables.
Provide leadership and guidance to the installation team, resolving challenges and ensuring smooth communication between office and site.
Conduct site visits occasionally to validate progress, quality, and compliance with company standards.
Act as the central point of control for installation operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, operations, or site installation within the flooring/interior/fit-out industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent reporting, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and scheduling.
Flexibility to visit sites when required.
