Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective operations related to the installation, maintenance, and servicing of elevators and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational functions, including installation, service, and maintenance of elevators. Manage operational workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely project execution. Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance reviews for employees to ensure high standards of performance. Supervise and manage elevator installation and modernization projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee the service and maintenance teams to ensure elevators are regularly inspected and maintained according to agreed-upon schedules. Respond to customer inquiries, escalations, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with the installation team to ensure that all components are installed according to specifications before testing begins. Collaborate with maintenance engineers and technicians to address any operational issues post-commissioning. Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during the testing phase. Provide technical support to project managers, engineers, and other team members as needed. Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues. Participate in the handover process to the client, ensuring that all systems meet their requirements and expectations. Provide clients with system operation and maintenance manuals, and ensure they are fully trained on the proper use of the elevator systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the elevator industry. Strong understanding of elevator systems, installation processes, and industry standards. Experience with testing equipment and diagnostic tools used in elevator commissioning. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance processes. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/Project Management software.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
