We are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to oversee the installation of telecom subsystems in railway projects, including CCTV, PA, SCADA, Passenger Information Systems, and radio networks. The role involves managing site activities, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring timely and compliant execution. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation of telecom systems as per project specifications and standards
Coordinate with engineering, civil, and HSE teams for interface alignment
Manage subcontractors, track progress, and resolve technical/site issues
Ensure quality, safety, and documentation compliance
Support integration, testing, and commissioning phases
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
5+ years of experience in telecom system installation for railway or metro projects
Familiarity with international telecom standards and railway communication systems
Strong site coordination and reporting skills
